Sprouts Springroll & Pho

Pho (“fuh”) is a traditional Vietnamese Noodle Soup that originated in Northern Vietnam in the early 1900’s. Pho is served as a bowl of rice noodles in a steaming hot beef broth. The bowl is garnished with chopped green onions, sliced white onions, cilantro and any combination of meats such as sliced beef eye of round, beef brisket, tendon, tripe and chicken. It is accompanied with fresh bean sprouts, basil leaves, lime wedges and sliced jalapeños.

Pho is very light, very comforting, and can be eaten at any time of the day! You can’t say you’ve had Vietnamese food unless you’ve had Pho.
